Regen Cherry Shots (15 x 70ml)

Beet It Regen Cherry+ is 70ml shot containing concentrated sour cherry juice (58%) and concentrated beetroot juice (42%). Developed specifically to be consumed both before and after an event to promote recovery, each shot contains 60 whole sour cherries on average, using concentrated juice from pressed whole cherries rather than cherry extract.

Supplementation of sour cherry juice has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, including reduced symptoms of, or enhanced recovery, from muscle damaging exercise such as delayed onset muscle soreness. Beet It Regen Cherry+ requires no dilution, which makes it quick and convenient to consume on-the-go.

Key Features

• PRE-COVERY - consume 1 shot on the day of training and up to three days before and two days after competition. See optimise page here for more info. 
• RECOVERY - sour cherry juice concentrate has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, including reduced symptoms of, or enhanced recovery, from muscle damaging exercise (i.e., DOMS), as recognised by the International Olympic Committee.
• COMBINED ANTIOXIDANTS - Beet It Regen Cherry+ combines antioxidants from sour cherry juice concentrate (prunus cerasus) and beetroot juice concentrate.  This potent combination is designed to support exercise recovery through its unique antioxidant content.
• NITRATE CONTENT – each shot provides approximately 125mg of nitrate, derived solely from the concentrated beetroot juice. While this is lower than our Nitrate 400 shot, Regen Cherry+ is focused on its powerful antioxidant profile to support recovery rather than nitrate levels to power performance.
