Directions for use
General health and everyday use: Take 1–2 capsules daily, with or without food.
Exercise and training: Take 1–3 capsules 2 hours before exercise.
If you weigh over 75 kg, consider 2 or more capsules.
For events of six hours or more, take an additional dose four hours after your first dose.

Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
